Spanish Camps: Early Years
Embark on a fun-filled journey into the world of Spanish language and culture with our one-week immersive summer camps for children who will be in Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten in the fall of 2025. Whether your child is a new Spanish learner or already speaks some Spanish, our camp offers an engaging and developmentally appropriate environment to learn and practice Spanish vocabulary. Each week focuses on a different theme, allowing children to dive into various aspects of the Spanish-speaking world, and is packed with hands-on activities that integrate art, history, geography, culture, music, dance, cooking, dramatic play, and science—ensuring your child has a blast while building language skills!
Session 1: June 16-20

Weekly Theme: ¡Vamos al Museo!
Campers will dive into the world of art and history, learning Spanish words for colors, shapes, and famous works of art. They'll explore how artists from Spanish-speaking countries create and express themselves. Activities include:

Creating a “Mural”: Campers will work together to make a colorful group mural.

History Time: Listen to stories about famous Hispanic artists like Picasso and Kahlo and make inspired artworks.

This camp is designed for campers who will be in Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten in the Fall of 2025. Campers must be toilet trained to enroll in camp. Campers will be divided by language level, but could be combined into one group based on enrollment.

Weekly Theme: ¡A Bailar y Cantar!
This week is all about rhythm and movement! Campers will learn Spanish words for instruments, dances, and songs while having fun with music and movement. Activities include:

Salsa and Flamenco Dancing: Learn basic dance steps to traditional Latin dances.

Food is a great way to learn vocabulary! In this week, campers will learn names of fruits, vegetables, and popular dishes from Spanish-speaking countries. Activities include:

This week is all about geography and discovering the world around us through a Spanish lens. Campers will learn names of countries, animals, and landmarks in Spanish. Activities include:

This week brings science to life with interactive experiments and hands-on exploration! Campers will learn vocabulary related to colors, materials, and basic science concepts. Activities include:
